    Promotional offers for Camping from £1 are available to residents of England, Scotland, and Wales only.
  2. How old do I need to be to redeem the offer?
    The promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over only.

    The promotional offer is only available from Saturday, May 7, 2016 until Saturday, October 28, 2016. Please check individual listings for exclusion dates.

  5. What should the offer include?
    Offers include one night’s stay on a basic pitch from just £1 (maximum 3 consecutive nights). Plus, some of the campsites are offering 50% off or 7 nights for the price of 5.
  6. How do I qualify for this offer?
    To qualify for this offer, simply collect one of the seven tokens printed in The Sun to stay 1 night for £1 on a basic pitch (maximum of 3 consecutive nights allowed), one token for 50% off or one token to stay 7 nights for the price of 5. Tokens will be printed in The Sun newspaper between Saturday, May 7, 2016 and Friday, May 13, 2016.

  8. Do I have to pay upfront for my break?
    Some parks may require a deposit or full payment for the break upfront. Please check the listings website before booking.
  9. Is there a chance that my chosen date will not be available?
    Please click on individual campsite listings prior to booking/visiting to view any date/time restrictions, age guidelines and opening and closing times. You will need to call the campsite directly to check availability and to make your booking. If the campsite is full at the time of booking, the operator will make every responsible attempt to offer an alternative date.
  10. What do I need to quote when making my booking/reservation?
    When booking by phone or in person you must state that you are taking part in ‘The Sun’s Camping promotion 2016’.
  11. Can I use my token on more than one occasion?
    No, tokens can only be used once, but you can collect as many tokens as you wish. This will allow you to enjoy the offers as many times as you like through-out the promotional period.
  12. At what point do I need to provide my voucher?
    Completed vouchers must be presented upon arrival with token(s) attached.
  13. Can I use collect additional tokens to stay additional nights?
    A single token allows you to redeem a single-night stay for £1 on basic pitches between May 7 and October 28, 2016, subject to availability. For example, if you wish to book for 1 night at £1 a pitch you would need 1 token, if you want to book for 3 nights at £1 a pitch, you would need 3 different tokens. A single token will allow you to redeem 50% off and seven-for-five-night offers on any pitch at participating campsites between May 7 and October 28, 2016, subject to availability. Please check listings website prior to booking.
  14. Do I get any additional offers on extra facilities or services?
    Campsites may charge their normal tariff rates or extra for upgrades, electric hook-up and food and drink etc. Check with the campsite before booking.
  15. What if there is no availability for my chosen date?
    The promotion is strictly subject to availability and bookings are made at the discretion of the operator/management.
  16. Can I take a photocopy of my token/voucher?
    Photocopied tokens/vouchers will not be accepted and you will be refused entry. A valid token and voucher is required for all entrants.
  17. I have lost my token, what should I do?
    Responsibility cannot be accepted by News UK for lost, destroyed or damaged tokens. It is at venues discretion whether to accept defaced or damaged tokens.
  18. Can I get an exchange or refund after I have confirmed my booking?
    Exchanges, refunds or any other change to your booking is entirely at the discretion of the campsite operator.
  19. Can I receive a cash refund if I no longer wish to attend?
    There are no cash alternatives available.
  20. I am in a group. Will we be allocated pitches together?
    Campsites will make every reasonable attempt to allow groups entry/stay together and you will be advised at the time of booking if your group cannot be permitted together. Please also check the listings website for any restrictions regarding group sizes and types.
  21. How do I check disabled access for my chosen days out offer?
    Please telephone your chosen venue prior to booking to make sure that they can accommodate your every need.

  24. My booking has been cancelled. Can I request a refund or exchange?
    Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the campsite operator and subject to request. For all refund or exchange enquiries please contact the venue direct.
  25. The campsite operator has refused to honour a refund or exchange. Is there anything else I can do?
    The campsite operator’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
